Delirious? have announced a UK tour for October 2008. And it's getting uncomfortable.

There's something happening around Delirious? and it makes sense that this Kingdom Of Comfort Tour - named after the band's recently released 11th studio album - should stir things up a little.

Some bands have pedigree. Having played to over 1,000,000 people last year in over 25 different countries Delirious? have got it. Their DVDs and compilations get distributed as far as Singapore and the Philippines, and in Mexico they re-recorded the vocals of some of their greatest tracks in Spanish, as a response to the support from South America. They've been top 10 in the UK album charts as well as Billboard and have supported Bryan Adams in Hyde Park, Bon Jovi all over the country and there was even a wierd time when Neil Morrissey was their unpaid plugger.

Delirious? are one of those enigmas: a big selling British export that are decidedly underground at home. Theirs is authentic to the core, blatant and unashamed down to the bone. With more than 2 million units sold and having played to millions, Delirious? know how to put on a show, and this time round they're bringing their Kingdom Of Comfort out to you. With epic anthems and a sense of purpose, Delirious? are ready to start something fresh.

All this began when the band woke up to the conflict of shuttling between five star travel and extreme poverty. It left them asking questions. The sounds that came as answers are bigger, harder. more honest than they've made before. Uncomfortable? Perhaps. Life changing? You decide.
